How Can RCAC Help?
RCAC can conduct Level I and Level II Energy Audits for your water or wastewater facility, depending on your needs. A Level I audit provides a broad overview of facility and operating conditions where some energy savings may be realized. The Level II audit goes into more detailed analysis of installed equipment and processes to find potential energy savings.
Why RCAC?
RCAC has provided technical assistance to utilities in the 13 Western states for more than 30 years. The system knowledge of each unique facility gives RCAC the ability to provide meaningful analysis and recommendations for improving energy efficiency. RCAC not only looks at the energy use but also analyzes the opportunities to conserve energy through changes, modifications, or upgrades to both equipment and operations. The end result is often significant energy and budget cost reduction opportunities.
Although every facility is different, opportunities for savings can range from 6 to 60 percent, with an average almost 30 percent. RCAC can assemble just the right team and talents to address your needs.
How Much Will This Cost?
We understand the need for small water and wastewater systems to maintain financially sustainable operations. That is why we offer energy audits in the first place! RCAC does not have a standard fee for energy audits because we realize that each system is different. We can provide an initial assessment FREE of charge. This lets us determine the need and cost associated for YOUR utility.
