Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP)

RCAC is one of six regional agencies that together, serve the entire country. These six organizations make up the Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP) network. The partnership has lasted more than 25 years. All six organizations are “on the ground” working directly with rural communities so we have a common experience and knowledge base (primarily with environmental infrastructure). RCAP maintains an office in Washington, D.C. so we have direct access to policymakers on the national level. RCAC is the Western RCAP operating in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
