Procedure Notice (PN) January 18, 2012

This PN renews the requirement that the self-help housing program is subject to Executive Order 12372 and any new grantee will be required to submit their statement of activities for the Intergovernmental review if active in the state. Unnumbered Letter March 1, 2012 Establishing the 2012 Area Loan Limits

This letter outlines the instructions to state offices for preparing the area loan limits to be set for the year. The loan limit may not exceed the local HUD 203(b) limit.  The new limits will be effective April 1, 2012.
