The Senate Appropriations Committee marked up a bill to fund U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) in fiscal year 2012 (FY12). On September 21 the Senate Appropriations Committee approved a FY12 Transportation-HUD spending bill with substantial differences from the House subcommittee bill.
