Administrative Notice (AN) 4580 (1944-I) Appraisals of Properties Developed Under the Mutual Self-Help Housing Program, June 16. This AN provides guidance for the treatment of improved site cost in the overall valuation of the property to be developed through the Mutual Self-Help Housing program. Training

Housing Assistance Council (HAC) is offering 502 packaging training November 8-10 in Seattle, Washington. The Section 502 Packaging Certification Training is for nonprofit organizations familiar with the 502 direct loan program and desiring certification as loan packagers. Participants in this track are expected to attend the complete course and to take the online certification exam afterward. Register for the 502 packaging training>>

HAC also is offering a symposium entitled Housing Seniors in Rural America: Aging in Place in a Shifting Landscape from November 9-10. The symposium will feature discussions, resources and examples of successful practices.
