On April 21, Tammye Treviño issued a letter to U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development state directors indicating the conditions under which existing Section 523 Mutual Self-Help Housing grantees will be funded again in FY11. Interest Rates
The June interest rate for the Direct 502 Loan program is 4.625 percent.
502 Direct Pooling Dates
Annual pooling of the 502 direct funds will begin on July 14 this year. Please work closely with your USDA Rural Development offices to estimate the balance of the funds needed for the fiscal year.
