RCAC delivers resources. RCAC’s loan fund provides small communities and nonprofit organizations with innovative solutions to their financing needs. The United States Treasurey certified RCAC as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) by the United States Treasury. RCAC provides short-term and interim financing for:
