Loan fund’s largest loan will help renovate and expand Boulder City Hospital

<span style="EN"> — Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC)
is providing a $16.2 million construction loan, its largest loan to date, to
rehabilitate and expand Boulder City Hospital (BCH) in Nevada. This short-term
loan will enable Boulder City Hospital to modernize its facility to meet the

San Pasqual Leadership Training Institute seeks program participants
<p>San Pasqual, CA — San Pasqual residents interested in
facilitating positive change in their communities are invited to take part in a
unique leadership training program. The San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians
Tribal Council and San Diego Foundation are partnering with Rural Community

HUD AWARDS $40 MILLION IN HOUSING COUNSELING GRANTS
HUD funding critical to support hundreds of counseling agencies nationwide
WASHINGTON – As part of its continuing effort to assist families and
individuals with their housing needs and to prevent future foreclosures, the
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) today announced more
than $40 million in housing counseling grants to 334 national, regional and
local organizations. As a result of these grants and the additional
funding they help leverage, more than 1.6 million households will have a
greater opportunity to find housing, make more informed housing choices or keep
their current homes.

PIPELINE FOES CHALLENGE WATER RIGHTS IN ELY DISTRICT COURT
