RCAC aims to expand the knowledge base of the rural public through education and training.
Our training expertise is in technical, financial, and administrative issues that affect rural communities. We take great pride in the capacity and effectiveness of our professional trainer team. Our trainers maximize audience participation to keep trainings relevant and memorable.
The TMF Tune-Up is a FREE, online technical, managerial and financial tool to help you assess your water system's strengths and weaknesses. It provides an Individualized Development Plan that includes relative scores in each of the TMF categories, a variety of pertinent components and a list of resources tailored to each water system's needs. Survey responses will be used for statistical purposes only and will NOT be provided to your regulator. To access the TMF Tune-Up click here.
Attention California Registered Environmental Health Specialists:
RCAC has been designated a continuing education accreditation agency for registered environmental health specialists by the California Department of Public Health. Contact hours earned through attendance at RCAC drinking water, wastewater and solid waste training events will count toward completion of the continuing education requirement for REHSs.

Colorado Brownfields Foundation (CBF) offers training and workshop opportunities throughout the year on issues relating to the cleanup and redevelopment of brownfield properties. CBF also provides a calendar of upcoming housing and environmental trainings and events sponsored by various communtiy development organizations.
