Tribal Circuit Rider Program

The Tribal Circuit Rider Program is the oldest and largest tribal specific program of its kind. The programs principle goal is to provide public health protections through capacity development of public water and wastewater entities located within Indian Country. To accomplish this, technical, managerial and financial training is provided to system operators and decision-makers an on-going/as needed basis. RCAC maintains a highly trained and experienced staff that are strategically located throughout the western states. This allows quick response and the ability to get the appropriate skill set aligned with the current need. RCAC fully supports tribal self-determination and self-reliance.
