Comprehensive Planning

Planning is a science and art that helps communities anticipate change. The RCAC Comprehensive Planning program gives communities tools to define and express what they need, want and can support.

RCAC’s Comprehensive Planning staff will help your community:

  • Create a summary or working plan for community development
  • Institute sound practices in governance, budgeting, record keeping, contracting, accounting and collections
  • Use best practices to obtain consulting services
  • Understand how to develop a nonprofit organization
  • Apply for federal funding sources
