Water and Waste Technical Assistance

RCAC offers technical assistance to build local agency capabilities in tackling community development projects. RCAC’s approach is hands-on, with customized technical assistance to project staff, local officials and community volunteers. We can help assess infrastructure, organizational and financial capacity and needs, identify and evaluate potential solutions, and select and implement the best plans.

RCAC’s technical assistance providers can also help analyze and compare financing and rate scenarios. Since RCAC is a major lender for environmental infrastructure, our staff can help you identify funding sources and assist with financial packaging and funding applications.
