Drinking contaminated tap water sickens almost one million Americans each year. Providing safe drinking water is a vital task. The need for infrastructure development in many rural communities is real, and chances are, your community is faced with this need. But developing water and wastewater projects is not easy, especially for small communities. Infrastructure development can be an extensive and intricate process with a web of issues and details arising at every turn. Many of the problems encountered may stem from a lack of local experience regarding infrastructure development.
