RCAC’s work in North Dakota varies with each funder. With state and federal funds RCAC
assists small community water systems with financial reporting, emergency
response plans/vulnerability assessments, utility rate reviews, capacity
compliance and other community development projects based on needs. RCAC also
will assist with these services and Americans with Disability Act inspections
under a fee-for-service contract. RCAC’s Loan Fund also is a financial
resource for rural communities that fills financing gaps and serves those
traditionally neglected by conventional markets.
