RCAC partners with MAP

October 22, 2012

Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) announces a partnership between RCAC and fellow RCAP organization, Midwest Assistance Program (MAP), to provide technical assistance to communities in Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming as of Oct. 1, 2012. RCAC has employed seven former MAP staff to continue their work in these states, and will begin an ambitious plan to expand the RCAP resources available in these states. The collaboration will bring expanded support to rural communities in this time of decreasing resources, and will continue to provide the same high quality technical assistance the states have come to expect.

“RCAC is taking on this effort to give MAP an ability to focus additional attention and resources in the five other states they serve. We are excited to add our corporate resources to the RCAP efforts in the Dakotas, Montana and Wyoming,” said Stanley Keasling, Chief Executive Officer, RCAC.
