5th Biennial Tribal Drinking Water Conference
Sacramento, California
June 6, 2012
The 5th Biennial Tribal Drinking Water Conference will be held July 16 - 19, 2012 at the Hilton in Sacramento, California. The conference explores Sustainable Drinking Water and how to ensure safe, reliable drinking water for all. The conference’s four session core curriculum is structured to explore project management, water conservation, operation & maintenance and the Safe Drinking Water Act and how they are all connected to sustainability (see page 4 of the registration brochure for details and descriptions). All sessions qualify for contact hours/professional development hours.
Every participant will attend each of the four core curriculum sessions. As you go through the four courses on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, you will see the way these core session topics complement one another – and how effective water system management depends on all of them. The core curriculum can be taken in any order and will be pre-assigned for all attendees. The afternoon elective coursework options support and detail the need for sustainable drinking water systems.
