Follow Matthew Brian Hersh, senior editor of Shelterforce magazine, as Hersh and Shelterforce keep their, "eye on the key provision that contains $1 billion for NSP3 and the vacant property fix, plus the $1 billion for the emergency mortgage relief program." Hersh's post is in response to Congress passing a bill to approve an overhaul of the financial regulatory system.
